  1. Customer: ONE FACE to the CUSTOMER: Contracts will be signed between customer and IAS. IAS has the full responsibility to meet with all the requirements of the contract.
  2. OEMs – Aircraft Manufacturer: IAS works closely together with the OEMs, on one side IAS purchases spare parts, on the other side IAS delivers cabin equipment to the OEMs.
  3. OEMs – „1st Tier“-Cabin Equipment Supplier: IAS orders spare parts at the „1st Tier“-Cabin Equipment Suppliers and purchases necessary documentation to meet with airworthiness requirements.
  4. MROs (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul-Shops): IAS delivers the cabin equipment for the installation to the MRO–shops. All necessary documentation will be submitted. IAS also supports the installation onsite with project engineers or in cooperation with Global Interior Support (GIS). Qualified engineers and technicians will support during the removal and installation phase.
  5. Assembly & Parts Manufacturer (EASA Part 21G / „2nd Tier“-Supplier): IAS purchases spare parts.
  6. Repair Shops EASA Part 145 approved: Repair work is subcontracted to specialized repair shops.
  7. Engineering Organization (DOA): Design changes and modifications are carried out together with approved
    Design Organizations.
  8. Testing Facilities: Approved testing facilities are used for necessary test, e.g. flammability test, to meet
    with the airworthiness regulations.
